Stay Active on Social Media Without Doing It All Yourself

You know you should post regularly. You also know you don’t have time to plan, design, write and publish on top of running everything else. We handle all of that — you just keep running your business.

The Reality

Social media matters. Keeping up with it is a part-time job.

Customers absolutely check your social before they decide whether to call you, walk in, or hire you. The trouble is, doing it well — consistently — takes hours every week that most local owners just don’t have.

The Smart & Simple Way

We plan it, make it, and post it. You just approve.

Done-for-you social media that actually looks like your business. No more staring at a blank Facebook post box wondering what to write. No more guilty Sunday-night posting binges. Your social just keeps happening — quietly, professionally, on time.

Common Questions

Real answers about social media with us.

How many posts do I get per month?

Plans vary, but most local businesses do well in the 8–16 posts a month range across one or two platforms. We’ll recommend a cadence based on your goals during the Social Media Review — and you can scale up or down as you go.

Do I have to come up with content ideas?

No. That’s the whole point. We build the calendar around your services, seasons, events, team and customers — and you just review and approve. If something specific is coming up (a new service, a hiring push, a promotion), you tell us and we work it in.

Will the posts actually sound like me?

Yes. We start by interviewing you about your voice, your style, the words you use and the words you don’t. We send the first month for your approval and tune from there. It should sound like you, not like a generic agency.

Do you respond to comments and DMs?

That depends on the plan. Many businesses prefer to handle replies themselves to keep the conversation personal. If you’d rather have us monitor and respond on your behalf, that’s an option we can build in.

What if someone posts a negative comment or review?

We’ll flag it for you the same day, give you a recommended response, and either send it for your approval or post it for you depending on how you want it handled. Negative reviews handled well actually build trust.

Can you make Reels and short videos?

Yes — 15–60 second short-form videos and Reels are an option on most plans. Some are made from clips you send us, some from our own templates. We’ll talk through what makes sense based on your business and what you have to work with.

What if I don’t like a post before it goes up?

Then it doesn’t go up. The calendar comes to you for approval before anything publishes — you can swap, edit or kill any post for any reason. We’d rather rework a post than send something you’re not proud of.

What does it cost?

Plans are custom because every business and post volume is different. After the free Social Media Review we’ll send a written plan with options and pricing — no pressure to move forward.

Ready To Stop Worrying About What To Post?

Let’s start with a free Social Media Review.

Tell us where you’re posting today (or where you wish you were posting) and we’ll send back an honest review of how your social currently looks to a potential customer — plus what we’d do first to make it work harder.

Prefer to talk first? You can also schedule a Clarity Call instead — 20 minutes, no pressure.
