What does “multi-media” actually mean?
It means using more than one channel — radio, digital, video, social, web, podcasting, streaming — and connecting them around one business goal. Customers don’t live in one channel, so a campaign that lives in only one channel is doing half the work. Multi-media just means the pieces work together instead of in isolation.
Do I need to use every service?
No. Most clients use two or three at a time. The right mix depends on the goal, the audience and the budget. We’ll recommend the smallest mix that gets you where you want to go — and you can always add later. We don’t believe in marketing just to be everywhere.
Can Smart & Simple help if I’m already advertising on radio?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with radio and add digital, web, social and creative one piece at a time. Or they come to us with radio running with someone else, and we layer the rest around it. We’re happy either way — the goal is connected marketing, not a vendor switch.
Can you combine radio and digital?
Yes — that’s our flagship play. Radio drives awareness and brand recall. Digital captures the people who heard you and went looking. The two together do something neither does alone, and we run both under the same roof so the message and creative actually match.
Can you help with the creative?
Yes. Scripts, voiceover, video, jingles, audio branding, graphics, landing-page copy — produced by our in-house creative team. If you have creative you love, we’ll work with that. If you don’t, we make it.
Can you help with my website?
Yes. New websites, updates to existing sites, landing pages and campaign-specific pages. We can also build a focused page for a specific offer or event without rebuilding your whole site.
Can you help with video or podcasting?
